- Conveyor table tilts 0°–20° downward, allowing products to concentrate at bag bottom that prevent product flowing out.
- Equipped with printer for printing manufacture date, expiry date, lot number and weight…etc. Single or double lines printing.
- Fully gear drive assures long service life and superior sealing quality.
- Comprehensive safety guards.
- Height of sealing head from floor 730mm. Ergonomically designed to minimize fatigue.
- Ideal for sealing dry powder, solid goods, hardware kits,stationery,electronic parts, and medical instruments. Bag length range 4–30cm. (Increased conveyor width is available).

- Mechanical 4-digit type: For indicating the sealed products.
- Alarm type: LED displays the single lot number. Once quantity reaches, alarm sounds.
- Double display counter: LED displays the total quantity and single lot number. Once quantity reaches, alarm sounds.
- Direction Of Feed: A reversible feed is available. (Feed from right to left)
- Stainless Steel Machine Frame: Sealing machine series with stainless steel machine is available.
Coding Printers
After sealing, you can instantly print the information you need—whether it’s multilingual text, QR codes, or barcodes, all displayed with clarity. With print heights ranging from 1mm to 12.7mm, both small and large fonts are easily handled. Combined with water-based or oil-based inks, it adapts to a wide variety of surfaces, ensuring markings that are durable, professional, and reliable.
Date Coder
For printing the manufacturing date, storage duration, lot number and weight etc. Standard printing capacity 28 words. (Double lines printing) (Choice of bronze, steel, or aluminum words) Custom words and logo are available.
